Kendall's W Calculator

If you want to calculate the Kendall's W (Kendall's concordance analysis), just copy your data into the upper table and select more two ordinal variables. Then the Kendall's W will be calculated automatically.

Kendalls W Calculator

The Kendall's W is a measure of the agreement between more than two ordinally scaled dependent samples. If you have two ordinal variables, the Kendall's Tau is calculated. In the case of nominal data, if you have two variables, the Cohans Kappa is calculated and if you have three variables, the Fleiss Kappa is calculated. Of course, you can also calculate Kendall's W under the Correlation tab.

Kendall's W

Kendall's W is a non-parametric measure of ordinal association that is used to assess the strength of the relationship between two ordinal variables. It ranges from 0 to 1 and values close to 1 indicate a strong association, values close to 0 indicate a weak or no association. It is widely used in many fields such as psychology, sociology, and epidemiology, particularly in cases where the data is ordinal and the relationship is not linear.
